Dr. Kent Lindquist

Dr. Lindquist joined Boulder Real Time Technologies in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer. After an early career in experimental atomic and optical physics, working at the CU-Boulder Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics, he led operations and development for real time monitoring systems at the Alaska Earthquake Center in the University of Alaska, Fairbanks Geophysical Institute. In 2002, Dr. Lindquist founded Lindquist Consulting, Inc., working full-time for 10 years on real time seismic, volcano, and tsunami monitoring systems around the globe. Dr. Lindquist holds a Master’s degree in atomic and optical Physics from the University of Colorado, Boulder; a doctorate in Geophysics from the University of Alaska; and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
